Standard 30-Day Return Policy
* Eligibility Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to the terms below. Custom-built or special-order items are strictly excluded from returns.
* Return Authorization: All returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date and are subject to approval by Heying Enterprises.
* Refund Issuance: Refunds or account credits are only issued after the return shipment arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection for damage, misuse, or missing parts.
Fees and Deductions
* Restocking Fee: All standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* Shipping and Pallet Costs: Original shipping fees and pallet costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses to our factory.
* Used Items: Returns of used items are subject to the 15% restocking fee, plus deductions for the actual costs of repainting and repackaging.
* Incomplete Returns: If a return is missing parts, electric systems, or optional attachments originally included in the purchase, the refund will be adjusted to deduct the cost of those missing items.
* Discounts and Special Pricing: If you received special pricing or discounts on items or shipping at the time of purchase, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the actual costs and expenses incurred by Heying Enterprises.
* Sales Tax: Sales tax can only be refunded for items returned within 30 days. Because we periodically remit collected taxes to the state, sales tax cannot be refunded for any returns processed after the 30-day window.
Packaging and Pallet Requirements
* Original Packaging: Items must be repackaged, secured, and protected exactly as they were when originally shipped to you (or returned in person).
* Pallet Returns: Many of our machines ship on specialized pallets. If the item originally shipped on a pallet, it must be returned on that same pallet. If the pallet is not returned, the cost of the pallet will be deducted from your refund.
* Damage Prevention: Loose items placed on a pallet without proper protection against movement are highly likely to incur transit damage. Pallets must be covered with 6-mil clear plastic properly stapled to the outer edges. Improperly packaged items that sustain damage during return shipping may not receive a full refund.
Policy for Returns Beyond 30 Days
* Approval Required: Any return requested after 30 days is subject to strict approval by Heying Enterprises and will incur higher re-stocking fees.
* Account Credit Only: Approved returns past the 30-day window qualify for store/account credit only toward future purchases. We cannot issue monetary refunds after 30 days.
* Additional Refurbishing Fees: Items returned after 30 days automatically require repainting and refurbishing fees, which will be deducted from the final credit.
